Workshop Construction Project – Built for Purpose

Deliver a fully functional 21 × 9 metre commercial workshop tailored to the client’s operational needs, while meeting all planning and building control requirements.

𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
As principal contractor, 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗸 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 took full ownership of the project—from pre-build planning permissions and building control coordination to final handover. Working closely with our architects, we designed a structure that not only satisfied regulatory standards but also delivered on practicality, durability, and workflow efficiency.

But we didn’t just manage—we built. We rolled up our sleeves and got stuck in, handling:
