Design and construct a yard built to endure relentless daily punishment—from multiple 44-tonne lorries to heavy plant machinery operating nonstop. This wasn’t just a build—it was a battle against wear, weight, and time.

𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 & 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
We began by tearing up the remnants of WWII-era concrete—once formidable, now crumbling under decades of use. Beneath that, we excavated down to a solid formation base, ensuring long-term stability. Precision was key: we engineered extensive dual grading to manage directional water runoff, keeping the yard dry and operational in all conditions.
